Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring for an RN - Critical Care in the Philadelphia, PA area. Multiple shifts are available (day, night, mid) with full-time, part-time, and per diem positions.

You will work in a high-acuity environment with frequent collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ year ICU experience (ACLS preferred), ability to work under stress, and strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
