Incredible Health is hiring Registered Nurses for Medical-Surgical units in the Bradenton, FL area. Multiple shifts are available, including day and night, with full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions. Benefits include 401(k), tuition assistance, and career development programs.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of Med-Surg experience. BLS certification and EMR proficiency are required to ensure quality patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree is required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and execute physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR.

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies
