Incredible Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Front Royal, VA. The role supports cardiac, neuro, orthopedic and other patient populations with strong emphasis on assessment and education.

• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably medical-surgical.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately in EMR.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
