Incredible Health in Houston, TX is hiring for a Registered Nurse - Med Surg. Nurses with experience in cardiac, neuro, oncology, orthopedics, and post-surgical care are encouraged to apply. Shifts available: day, night, and mid; positions: full-time, part-time, and per diem.

Eligible candidates have an ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1 year in med-surg, BLS, and EMR proficiency. As a Med Surg RN, you will provide comprehensive care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in med-surg.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies.
