Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical settings in Wynnewood, PA. Positions available full-time, part-time, and per diem with day, night, and mid shifts.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year of med-surg experience, BLS, EMR proficiency, and strong clinical skills. Benefits include healthcare coverage, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in line with hospital policies
