Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking Registered Nurses to float across Pediatrics, Mother Baby and NICU units. This full-time, 12-hour night shift position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and comprehensive benefits from day one.

As an RN, you will implement and document nursing care, advocate for patients and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality maternal-child care in Mishawaka, IN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in Pediatrics, Mother Baby or NICU; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process per standards of care and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide patient advocacy and maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

About the job:

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.

• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.

• Experience: Preferred 1+ years of experience in Peds, Mother Baby or NICU, but will consider new grad RN's
