Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Float Pool Nurse to work on a 12-hour night shift, floating between Med Surg Units or ICUs based on experience. You will implement, direct, and document the nursing process, ensuring care aligns with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.

About The Job

As a Float nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: 3+ years of Bedside Nursing experience in Med Surg Units or ICU's
