Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD, is seeking an experienced perioperative leader to hire, train, and mentor a dedicated OR team. You will oversee daily OR operations, monitor quality systems, and ensure safe, compassionate patient care across all surgical suites.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure and BLS within 30 days of hire, with 3 years of experience and at least 1 year in leadership. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS credential required.
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire; AHA or Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse with required leadership experience before start date.

Responsibilities

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
