Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Cardiovascular ICU. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on leading staff, implementing policies, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a high-acuity unit.

You will oversee hiring, training, budgeting, and performance management, while collaborating with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse credential from Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.

• Monitor budget and expenditures to align with guidelines.
• Ensure high levels of associate, patient and physician satisfaction.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
