Ascension Via Christi in Derby, KS seeks an experienced nurse leader to manage MedSurg and ICU units on the day shift. You will oversee hiring, staff development, and performance to empower teams delivering high-quality patient care.

Lead optimization of workflows, regulatory compliance, and budgeting to ensure resources and tools are available. The role requires RN licensure in Kansas, BLS, and 3 years of clinical experience with 1 year in leadership.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

• Manage unit finances with a strategic eye, overseeing budgets and expenditures to ensure our team has the essential tools and supplies needed to save lives.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
