Qualifications

• RN license valid in NH or a compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certified or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within assigned unit and coordinate care planning.
• Adhere to ANA standards of practice and hospital policies.
• Ensure safe medication and IV administration with accurate documentation.
• Mentor new staff and support ongoing professional development.
• Communicate effectively during hand-offs and with the multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and deliver patient education and participate in education programs.
