Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time day shift. You will provide patient-centered care across multiple specialties, administer medications, and use our health IT systems to document care.

Qualifications

• NH RN license or compact state required.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• Adheres to ANA standards of practice and nursing code of ethics.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IV therapy safely and accurately.
• Documents care in the medical records with timely entries.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and planning.
• Mentors/teaches new staff and supports team goals.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient education.
