IdealHire Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a contract, night-shift position in Albuquerque, NM at a long-term care/skilled nursing facility. The RN will provide direct care and ensure accurate documentation using PCC, while autonomously managing patient assignments with minimal onboarding.

Qualified candidates hold an active NM license or compact, have LTC/SNF experience, and can present ID. Vaccination or approved exemption is required.

Qualificações

• Prepared to practice independently with limited onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Utilize Point of Care Charting (PCC) for accurate and timely documentation
• Independently manage patient care assignments with minimal orientation period
• Adhere to all facility policies including identification and badge requirements while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact eligibility
• Previous experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required
• Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) required
• Must be prepared to practice independently with limited onboarding support
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shift in a high-acuity LTC or SNF environment
• Strong clinical assessment and time management skills in a fast-paced care setting
