Job summary

IdealHire Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an onsite contract in Clovis, NM, within a skilled nursing facility.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident wellbeing while maintaining licensure and facility credentials.

Qualifications

• Active, valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• COVID-19 vaccination (original or updated series) or exemption per policy.
• Must present a valid photo ID upon arrival at the facility.
• Must wear a visible photo badge at all times while on assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care plan and supervising clinicians
• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident well-being and recovery goals
• Maintain valid LPN licensure and comply with all facility credentialing and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• COVID-19 vaccination (original or updated series) or a documented religious/medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility
• Must wear a visible photo badge at all times while on assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills in a fast-paced care setting
