Precision Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Long-Term Care in Manchester, NH. This 8-Week Contract offers a weekly rate up to $1,765 gross with benefits from day one. The role requires NH RN licensure and LTC/SNF experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health status and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor chronic conditions and promote residents’ health, safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, residents, and families to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the facility’s EMR.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and safety standards.
• Recognize changes in residents’ conditions and communicate concerns promptly.
• Float as needed to support resident care and facility operations.

Location: Manchester NH
Rate: Up to $1,765.00 Gross Weekly + Benefits Available from Day 1

License Required: Active, Unencumbered New Hampshire (NH) RN License

Shifts Available: 8-Hour Days

Contract: 8-Week Contract | Local & Travel Accepted

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
• Active, unencumbered New Hampshire RN license
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience caring for geriatric and medically complex residents
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation experience required
• Charge Nurse experience highly preferred
• Must be able to float as needed

Certifications

• AHA BLS required
• Additional certifications as required by the facility
