Job summary

IdealHire Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract night shift at a skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque, NM. The role emphasizes independent, direct patient care and seamless collaboration with the facility team.

Responsibilities include documenting in Point Click Care (PCC), maintaining required photo ID badges, and adhering to LTC compliance. Candidates must have an active NM LPN license, LTC/PCC experience, and be able to work with minimal orientation;

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license in NM.
• Prior long-term care experience is required; PCC proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation and patient management
• Operate independently with minimal orientation from day one
• Maintain compliance with facility identification and badging requirements, including wearing a photo badge at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Previous long-term care (LTC) experience requiredProficiency with Point Click Care (PCC) required
• Must be able to work independently with minimal orientation
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shifts in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
• Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements in LTC/SNF settings
