Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Maintain valid state RN licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
• COVID-19 vaccination (original or updated series) or a documented religious/medical exemption from employer on file; additional doses required where mandated by law
