Precision Healthcare in Manchester, NH is hiring a Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care for an 8-week contract. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, manage medications, and coordinate with the care team to support geriatric residents.

Travel and local assignments are accepted; qualifying NH RN license is required, with BLS certification preferred. The role requires EMR documentation, ability to float as needed, and collaboration with physicians and families to ensure quality care.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• Active, unencumbered New Hampshire RN license.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience caring for geriatric and medically complex residents.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation experience required.
• Charge Nurse experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to float as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health status and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor chronic conditions and promote residents’ health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, residents, and families to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the facility’s electronic medical record system.
• Follow infection prevention protocols, medication safety standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Recognize changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Float as needed to support resident care and facility operations.
