Job summary

Intersect Healthcare of Belding is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will coordinate total resident care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Weekend duties include overseeing care, documentation, and effective patient management. Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and management to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans; document observations.
• Make rounds with physician; monitor symptoms and adjust interventions.
• Provide preventive, supportive, and rehabilitative care for residents.
• Administer medications per regulations and physician orders.
• Coordinate supplies, appointments, and therapy; document in records.
• Assist CNAs with resident care and daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in surveys and prepare corrective action plans.
