Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our skilled nursing/assisted living area in Wichita, KS. You will deliver direct nursing care to long-term residents and implement individualized care plans while documenting changes in condition.

You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to carry out orders and promote resident safety, assisting with discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing required.
• BLS certification obtained within 1 month of hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
