Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a warm, friendly environment. The role includes supervising staff, conducting resident assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The RN will participate in care planning, coordinate with physicians, and contribute to a supportive team culture with opportunities for advancement and strong benefits.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, develops and implements individualized care plans.
• Assists in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Performs daily resident assessments and adjusts care as needed.
• Coordinates nursing care with staff to meet regulatory requirements.
• Assists physicians during rounds and communicates orders accurately.
• Trains and supervises nursing staff; handles emergencies calmly.
