About the Role:

As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patient progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Your exceptional leadership and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage conflicts, prioritize tasks, and build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver exceptional patient care

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes

• Supervise and mentor staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Provide education and training to staff to improve clinical skills and knowledge

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence
