Ascension is seeking a highly qualified RN to join the Labor and Delivery team at Cedar Park Medical Center in Cedar Park, TX. The night shift offers full-time scheduling and the opportunity to coordinate patient care across disciplines in a dynamic obstetric unit.

The role emphasizes implementing care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and timely communication with physicians and nursing staff, along with discharge planning collaboration.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire date.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• STABLE certification preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification preferred (AAP).

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


• Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.


• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
