Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse acts as a leader within the healthcare team, establishing genuine relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death. The nurse uses evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journeys, assuming responsibility, authority, and accountability for their care in line with policies and procedures.

Qualifications
