HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a Rehab RN to join a patient-centered care team in Ocala, FL. You will perform assessments, develop plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehab care for adults.

The role requires a Florida RN license (or compact license with 60 days to obtain FL), 1 year of inpatient rehab experience preferred, and a BSN is favorable. A BLS card is required within 30 days of start. No travel required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Rehab RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
• Act as an advocate for patient safety
• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay

Requirements

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• 1 year of RN experience in Inpatient Rehab setting is preferred
• Associate Degree; BSN is preferred
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• No Travel Required
