Job summary

Requirements include a valid New Jersey nursing license, BLS/CPR, and 1 year of emergency RN experience. BSN in progress or completion within 3 years is preferred; ACLS is a plus. Teamwork and quick learning are essential.

Qualifications

• NJ nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency RN experience.
• BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a team, and deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies to ensure safe, individualized patient care.
• Communicate with patients, families, and health care team about status and plans.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation tech.
• Document assessments and plans in Point-of-Care systems.
• Provide patient education on health, wellness, and disease management.
• Support safe discharge planning and transitions.
• Collaborate with team to uphold quality and safety standards.
