Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, assist with ADLs and supervise nursing staff in a 104-bed facility in Kentucky. You will coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges under facility policies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an active Kentucky RN license, CPR/BLS certification preferred, and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (long-term care preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (Kentucky).
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring comfort, dignity and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
