Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center in Brodhead, KY is seeking an experienced nurse supervisor to lead nursing staff and deliver compassionate, high‑quality care to residents. The role requires an active Kentucky nursing license, current CPR certification, and strong organizational and documentation skills.

You will oversee day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants and ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of residence (Kentucky)
• Current/active CPR certification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high quality

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to residents with high quality and compassionate care
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards and as required by Director of Nursing
• Ensure nursing staff comply with written policies and procedures of the facility
