Job summary

Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a caring RN to deliver high-quality nursing services to patients and residents in a facility dedicated to compassionate care. You will supervise nursing assistants and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple projects.
• Solid documentation and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
