Signature HealthCARE at North Hardin Rehab & Wellness Center seeks a proactive nurse leader to supervise daily nursing activities and deliver compassionate patient care in a 164-bed facility in Radcliff, KY. You will oversee nursing assistants, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain high-quality, person-centered care.

The role requires an active Kentucky RN license, CPR certification, and strong organizational and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
