Signature HealthCARE is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Kentucky to provide direct resident care, manage medications, and supervise nursing staff. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care and ensure safety and dignity for residents.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year of clinical nursing experience (long-term care preferred), and strong documentation skills. EHR proficiency and MS Office experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' status and report changes to physician/party responsible.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
