Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Current CPR or BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Adaptability to changing work demands and environment.
• Ability to transfer and position patients up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patient comfort and well‑being, including treatments and medications.
• Collect physiological, psychosocial, and functional data to inform nursing diagnoses.
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Formulate nursing diagnoses from data and write assessments.
• Assess patients, set care priorities, and identify crisis situations.
• Implement care plans, evaluate progress, and adjust as needed.
• Inform patients and families about care, outcomes, and home instructions.
• Prepare reports on patient care plans for health team members.
• Review SRAlab policies related to patient care and ensure comprehensive care.
