• Willingness to adapt to changing work demands and environment.
• Ability to transfer/position patients up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patients, including specialized treatments and medications.
• Collect data to formulate nursing diagnoses using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Formulate nursing diagnoses and integrate into assessments.
• Assess patients and identify changes in status; set priorities for care.
• Implement plan of care and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans.
