Qualifications
- Professional knowledge of nursing practice with a BSN/MSN or ADN with commitment to BSN/MSN.
- Illinois RN license and CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care and perform specialized treatments.
- Collect physiological, psychosocial, and functional data for nursing diagnoses.
- Assist physician during examinations and treatments.
- Formulate nursing diagnoses and implement the care plan.
- Educate patients and families on care, outcomes, and home care.
- Prepare and report patient care plans to the health team.
