Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. You will oversee health, perform routine assessments, and coordinate preventive care within residential settings.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in nursing (RN preferred), a valid state RN license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Valid state RN certification.
• Experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and CPR after certification.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to remain calm in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide health-related training to staff and people served; conduct routine nursing assessments.
• Assist with scheduling preventative and routine medical appointments.
• Participate in person-centered plans to help individuals reach their fullest potential.
• Interact with staff and residents in homes.
