Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Nurse (RN) to deliver holistic nursing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assess health needs, coordinate preventive care, document care, and support on-site clinics as needed.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR, and strong communication with the Interdisciplinary Team. This on-site position reports to the Regional Nursing Director and includes a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits in a supportive

Qualifications

• RN licensure with no restrictions to practice.
• CPR certification or eligibility.
• Able to communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team and families.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Observe, assess, and evaluate health needs of people we support.
• Coordinate preventive and routine medical care for people supported.
• Document nursing care provided and ensure accuracy.
• Provide supervision or oversight for LPNs and med techs as needed.
• Teach medication administration training to unlicensed personnel when allowed by state law.
• Conduct routine nursing assessments and report abnormal findings to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the Interdisciplinary Team to promote health.
