Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking Registered Nurses for 13–26 week seasonal ICU assignments. These roles require a valid RN license and 2 years ICU experience in acute care. BLS and ACLS are required, with a mileage eligibility rule (>150 miles) for stipend options.

Assignments vary by health system needs across BayCare facilities, often with evening-night shifts. This is a pool/exempt status position under Staffing Resource Office guidelines.

Qualifications

RN license is required.
Diploma/Associate/Bachelor or higher in Nursing.
2 years' ICU RN experience in an Acute Care setting.
BLS/ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality ICU nursing care.
Rotate through BayCare Health System facilities based on assignment needs.
Utilize shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
Operate as part of Staffing Resource Office pool assignments.
