Job summary

BayCare Health Systems is seeking experienced CVICU Registered Nurses to join our Staffing Resource Office. We offer seasonal and system pool assignments including 12-hour day and night shifts with 13-week full-time blocks; seasonal eligibility requires living outside local market.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS & ACLS must not expire within 30 days of hire.
• ASN; BSN preferred.
• 2 years RN CVICU experience.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
• Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts.
• Flexibility in scheduling; travel nurse experience preferred.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical CVICU nursing care across assigned shifts and locations.
• Collaborate with the Staffing Resource Office to support unit coverage and patient flow.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with BayCare policies and procedures.

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced CVICU Registered Nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team. BayCare offers a variety of assignment options including:

System Pool & Seasonal Pool- 13-week full-time assignment for assigned department - unit provided schedule - block scheduling not available.

Seasonal has an eligibility requirement-must live outside of our local market.

12-hour day and night shift seasonal CVICU assignments. Seasonal has an eligibility requirement.

Minimum Requirements

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS & ACLS(AHA) MUST NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 30 DAYS of hire
• Associate degree in nursing (ASN). BSN is preferred.
• 2 years RN current experience in an acute CVICU setting.
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred.
• Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts.
• Flexibility
