Job summary

Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit on the night shift. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multi-disciplinary care and document physician orders to ensure timely, high-quality treatment.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.


• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.


• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.


• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  
  
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition \"Compact State\" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
