Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns Hospital in St. Johns, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (Day shift, Full-time).

You will provide patient-centered care, follow evidence-based protocols, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. This role emphasizes precise execution of orders, proactive status monitoring, and documentation to drive optimal outcomes. You will also lead discharge planning efforts with the team to ensure safe, timely patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida before hire date.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  
  
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition \"Compact State\" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
