Job summary

SoftPath Medical in Indiana is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a hospital unit with three 12-hour shifts and a 1:2 patient ratio.

Applicants must have 3+ years of nursing experience, an Indiana RN license, ACLS and BCLS certifications; NIH certification preferred. Local candidates are not accepted and no on-call duties are required.

Shift

Request Time Off (RTO)

Requests will be sent to the manager for review, including holiday time off requests

Ratios

1 nurse to 2 patients

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience required

Weekend Requirements

Work required every third weekend

Certifications Required

• ACLS

On-Call Requirement

No on-call duties required

• Pending licenses are not accepted; in-state license and required certifications must be in hand to submit

Additional Licensing Policy Effective 11/30/24

Registered Nurses licensed in Indiana will not be permitted to work at the facilities after this date, with the following exceptions:

• Perioperative/Operating Room RNs
• Allied health professionals
• Ambulatory RNs

These Indiana-licensed travelers are allowed to work beyond the 11/30 deadline. Perioperative includes Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology RNs, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, Catheterization Lab RNs, and Same Day Surgery.
