MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team in Dallas, TX. This is a per diem opportunity with day and night shifts, offering a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where you can make a real impact on patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have Texas RN licensure (or compact), 1–2 years ICU experience, BLS/ACLS, and strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.

Formación

• RN license in Texas or compact license eligibility
• 1–2 years ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with critical care equipment including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a high-stress environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in ICU
• Monitor vital signs, hemodynamic status, and neurological function
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per orders and protocols
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment including ventilators and monitors
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge planning

MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team in Dallas, TX. This opportunity is for Day & Night shift openings (Per Diem).This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in critical care, working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs, hemodynamic status, and neurological function continuously
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders and clinical protocols
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists
• Document accurate and timely patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR system
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas or compact license eligibility
• Minimum 1-2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with critical care equipment, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
