Ascension St. John Broken Arrow in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit.

This full-time position offers a weekend option and involves coordinating care across disciplines, implementing care plans, and ensuring timely execution of orders. The role requires strong discharge planning collaboration and thorough documentation within a team-driven environment.

Formación

• RN license from Oklahoma Board of Nursing required before hire.
• ALS credential within 6 months of hire/transfer date.
• BLS Provider credential within 30 days of hire/transfer date.
• Instructor for Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire/transfer date.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• One or more of the following: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Instructor specializing in Basic Life Support obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
