Job summary

Ascension Jane Phillips in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for wound care to join our full-time team. You will coordinate multidisciplinary care, implement personalized treatment plans and ensure safe, accurate patient care throughout the shift.

The role requires BLS, Oklahoma RN license, and a diploma in nursing. You will participate in discharge planning and contribute to a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

What minimum requirements you'll need
