Haven Hospice in Chiefland, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient hospice team. The role involves 1:1 patient care in home-like settings, with FT Nights 7p-7a and rotating weekends/holidays.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer meds, manage pain, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A valid RN license and prior hospice experience are preferred; driving required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid state licensure.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse You will:

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
