Haven Hospice in Chiefland, FL is seeking a devoted Hospice Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7p-7a) with rotating weekends/holidays. You will provide expert, compassionate 1:1 patient care in a home-like setting, build care plans, and manage symptoms while supporting families and coordinating with the care team.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and participation in on-call rotations. A Florida RN license and Hospice experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active Florida license
• At least 1 year nursing experience; 3+ years preferred
• Hospice or similar setting experience preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create hospice care plans that align with patients' wishes and goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation

• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred

• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred

• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care

• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence

• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
