Job summary
Genesis Oceanside Center in New Hampshire is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time and per diem positions across all shifts. You will provide compassionate nursing care, build care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents' well-being.
Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, you will use PCC for real-time documentation, ensure safety, and mentor other staff while advancing your clinical skills through education, certifications, and leadership
Qualifications
- Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
- Licensure: active RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
- English proficiency for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and develop individualized care plans.
- Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs within state guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to manage patient plans.
- Maintain PCC documentation accurately in real time.
- Ensure safe discharge planning and high patient/family satisfaction.
