Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active, current RN license in NH.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high-quality nursing care under supervision.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs with appropriate delegation.
• Maintain accurate PCC EHR documentation and ensure patient safety.
