Hartford HealthCare Medical Group seeks a registered nurse to deliver skilled office-based care under provider direction. You will assess needs, plan and implement care, and triage telephone inquiries with professional compassion.

Qualifications

• Current state of Connecticut RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and environmental factors affecting patients and families; plans and implements care.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assists patients and families with concern and empathy while respecting confidentiality.
