• Current Connecticut RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience using medical software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide office-based nursing care in collaboration with the provider.
• Assess patient needs and plan/coordinate nursing care.
• Demonstrate independent nursing actions based on assessment.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assist patients and families with care while maintaining confidentiality.
